Antioxidant Juice to Prevent Cellular Damage

This juice is designed to combat free radicals thanks to its content of natural antioxidants from fruits and vegetables rich in bioactive compounds.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pomegranate (rich in polyphenols and antioxidants)

  • 1 cup of fresh blueberries (source of anthocyanins, potent antioxidants)

  • 1 large orange (vitamin C, which protects cells from oxidative stress)

  • 1 medium carrot (beta-carotene, a precursor of vitamin A)

  • 1 teaspoon of grated ginger (anti-inflammatory and antioxidant)

  • 1 teaspoon of grated fresh turmeric (curcumin, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory)

  • 1 cup of fresh spinach (vitamins C, E, and carotenoids)

  • 1 cup of filtered water or coconut water (hydrating and mineralizing)

  • Optional: 1 teaspoon of chia seeds or ground flaxseed (omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants)


How to Prepare:

Prepare the ingredients:

  • Extract the pomegranate seeds.

  • Wash the blueberries, spinach, and carrot thoroughly. Peel and chop the carrot into small pieces.

  • Grate the fresh ginger and turmeric.

Blending:

  • Place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender.

  • Add the cup of filtered water or coconut water to adjust the texture.

Straining (optional):

  • If you prefer a smoother consistency, you can strain the juice using a fine mesh sieve. However, for fiber retention, it’s best consumed unstrained.
