Frequently Asked Questions

Nature of Services at naturaGEO

naturaGEO is not a medical institution. We do not use medical treatments or administer any type of medication, whether oral or topical. Our approach is based on nutrition through a vegetarian diet and the consumption of nourishing teas, which are available for sale and public use.

Natural Therapies and Treatments

The treatments at naturaGEO focus on hydrotherapy practices (cold or hot water baths), the application of masks and clay, as well as muscular and circulatory massages. These are not considered medical treatments.

Schedule

Therapies begin at 7:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday. However, you may request admission the day before, between 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., at no additional cost. If dinner is required, an extra charge of 5 USD will apply. We recommend making your reservation at least one week in advance to secure your spot.

Pre-Admission Recommendations

Prior to your stay at naturaGEO, we recommend increasing your consumption of fruits, vegetables, and water to facilitate your transition to the naturist regimen. We advise packing lightly, as most therapies are conducted in underwear or without clothing. You will only need comfortable clothing, personal items, and, if applicable, your prescribed medications.

Reservation and Payment Policy

To reserve your spot, a deposit equivalent to at least one day of stay is required. Please note that this amount is non-refundable. All packages and services must be paid in full upon arrival.

Personal Belongings and Security

naturaGEO is not responsible for lost or misplaced personal belongings. We recommend not bringing valuable items and keeping any personal belongings you bring under your own care.

Welcome Assessment

Upon arrival, a brief questionnaire will be conducted to assess your health status, potential allergies, and dietary preferences, ensuring a safe and pleasant stay. You may also request an iridology consultation for an additional fee.

Common Areas and Relaxation Spaces

naturaGEO offers common areas and green spaces for the enjoyment of our clients. These spaces are designed to promote relaxation and connection with nature.

Services for Extended Stays

For clients with longer stays, we provide a directory of laundry services, recreational options, and additional activities beyond their treatments. After their therapies, clients are free to explore the city and participate in cultural or recreational activities. For security and to ensure everyone's rest, the entrance gate closes at 9:30 p.m.

Right of Admission

naturaGEO reserves the right of admission for individuals with severe health conditions. In the event of a health crisis, the client must seek care at a medical institution at their own responsibility.

Healing or Detox Crises

When starting the naturist regimen, the body may experience healing or detox crises. This is a natural reaction and should not be considered a medical complication. If a crisis occurs during your stay, our staff is trained to assist you. Should a crisis arise after your departure, you can contact us for guidance.

Conditions for Assistance

Individuals who are unable to care for themselves, whether due to age or health conditions, must be accompanied by someone who can assist them with treatments and meal administration. The accompanying person will be required to pay a fee that includes lodging and meals or just lodging, as applicable.

Code of Conduct

Smoking, consuming alcoholic beverages, toxic substances, or drugs is strictly prohibited within the naturaGEO facilities.GEO.

Visiting Hours

For those staying with us, visits are allowed from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Visitors are not permitted to remain on the premises outside these hours.

Limited Capacity and Accommodation

At naturaGEO, we focus on providing personalized attention, which is why we only have 10 lodging spaces. Rooms are double-occupancy, and clients may share with another guest of the same gender. During periods of low occupancy, individual rooms may be available.

Nighttime Care Services

At Naturageo, we do not offer nighttime care services. If you or any client requires support or care during nighttime hours, we offer the following alternatives:

  1. Personal Companion: You may bring a personal companion to stay with you overnight. This service has an additional charge under the concept of "Companion without treatment," which includes a bed and three daily meals.

  2. External Support: We can assist you in arranging contact with a professional caregiver or nurse for nighttime care. The fees for this service will be the responsibility of the client and must be paid directly.
